1. In this case we will review the process of posting to a real order. The real order is a cost collector which will be later settled against a cost object, for example a cost center.
Characteristics:
- Posting against order, without cost center.
- Cost center is assigned in the settlement rule
in the order master data.

It is not necessary to enter the cost object at
the moment of loading the documents, it is defined in the settlement rule.
Disadvantages:

The cost object will not be available until the moment of the settlement.
KO01: Create
Real Order
An order class will be selected for the defined concept. Orden
class definition is useful for reporting and defines number range. In this case “Internal orders:
Marketing” is selected.
The receiver center will be defined, in this case a cost
center. The settlement % will be assigned.
Order must be released to allow postings.
FB60: the document is loaded against real order, with no cost
center definition.
KOB1: The order has not been settled yet, so Cost Center cannot
be visualized.
KO88 – Settle order Individual settlement.
Nota: for
mass order settlement use KO8G.
KO88 – the following FI and CO documents are generated. The
order is settled against the cost center defined in the settlement rule (order
master data).
KOB1: we can now visualize the cost center to which the
order was settled.
KSB1: display cost center report.
S_ALR_87012993: display posting by cost element and order.
